On August 13th  which includes more than 6300 afghans and their families, a further 2 000 Afghans eligible to come to the UK remain in the country from Kabul in Afghanistan. Country huge crowds are still flocking to Kabul airport under the watch of American and British soldiers despite the dirt the dust the gunshots and the chaos people are still coming. Thousands of makeshift the camp has sprung up most of the people gathered don't have permission to board an evacuation flight for the few that are struggling. The foreign office has its travel advice in Afghanistan is warning all remaining UK passport holders not to travel to Kabul airport.

The government has promised to use every hour left to help as many people as possible escape from Afghanistan before U.S troops withdraw at the end of the month, over 80 000 people in total have been evacuated by international forces of them more than 10 000 people have been airlifted out of Kabul by UK forces. The American people is they should evacuate all their citizens by the deadline of August 31st they have the resources they have planes and  the airport they should evacuate all their forces. A thousand troops on the ground for one purpose only to get people out but the vast majority of afghans. The Pentagon claimed they had a flight leaving Kabul every 39 minutes and  the U.S military confirmed that for the final few days it will concentrate on evacuating.

The British government says no one's life should be put at risk because of their support for the UK's efforts in Afghanistan. Relocate as many eligible afghans as possible so were other countries these are the last days of those efforts.

The British government and others have pleaded for more time  that's been rejected by the Taliban.

The military also that the Taliban had committed to continuing providing safe passage for those who were part of the evacuation an effort that would be Americans  also those Afghans who worked with them and third-country nationals the Afghan and  Taliban have said that they would prevent afghans from leaving and a state department official about that said that was probably open to interpretation perhaps aimed at crowd control, they did have these commitments, and a Taliban spokesman has tweeted that those with legal documents will be allowed to leave on commercial flights, the reports from the ground are that afghans with legal documents are already sometimes struggling to get through to the airport they brave the way through when the Taliban are in charge.
